I’m glad you are feeling better.
You did miss something important, though. I won the World Cup for England. Really. Check my blog archives a couple weeks ago.
:)
I hope that elusive garden table arrives.
I’ve been looking for an update from you! I’m glad you’re trip was so restorative, and now another trip to LA! What a lucky gal you are!
Good luck on the garden furniture. . .I hope it made it.
SW – Thank you! I just checked your blog – can’t believe I missed that!
We need you in the England team – we didn’t even qualify for the Euro 2008 tournament this year, never mind the World Cup! Maybe you can find some English relatives waaaaay back and be eligible to play for us (although I think you are more likely to play for Greece!)
3.10 pm still not here, they said ‘late morning, early afternoon’ – not looking good….
AmyH – thank you! I am lucky aren’t I? I shall stock up on sunshine for the winter months!
I think I am going to phone the delivery company up – they said I would be second call of the day… :-(
Who knew paper could be so funny???
You are the traveling fiend, aren’t you? If you get any more sun, you’ll become a Vitamin D generator.
That baby video is ABSOLUTELY HYSTERICAL!! Totally LOL. Almost peed my pants. :-)
Thanks for spreading your good cheer!
Sue – I couldn’t stop laughing when I watched it – such a sweetheart!
Can you OD on Vitamin D? At least I won’t get rickets….
writinggb – it’s so infectious isn’t it! Buy the baby loads of toys and what makes him laugh? A torn newspaper… :-)
Diane, dahling, you are such a jet-setter! If I weren’t so afraid of flying, I’d want to be your personal luggage girl. ;)
Babies have the most delicious laugh! I wanted to tell the father to please remove that booster seat (or whatever it was) out of the way already. Sheesh.
And you’re most welcome to come over to be fed if you want to make that trek to the midwest whilst in the U.S.! Are you going to see your son and your friend Carol (the author…I think that was her name)?
Can so ID with the lack of Vit D over here …. I am hpoing that y week of 43 degrees i Spain has set me up for the English Winter that will be up on us soon!.
ooo lucky you to have a further 2 weeks in LA sunshine ,,, have oodles of fun in the sun :-)
70s xx
oh btw that was ‘ I am hoping that a week of 43 degrees in Spain… etc etc’ …. someone stole my typing lol ;-).
What a cute baby.. :)
I hope you’re having a good time in LA.
Teresa – personal luggage girl – like the sound of that. The worst thing about travelling is the carting of luggage, the checking in – in fact the whole airport experience. I’m longing for the day when we can just ‘Beam up’ and arrive on the other side of the world instantly! Yes, I watch too much Star Trek!
Well remembered (almost!) I am visiting my friend Claire (http://clairefordham.blogspot.com) They are filming her book at the mo’ (of which more later!!)
70s – thank you! I hope you had a great time in Madrid, I was checking out your photographs on Flickr and it looks beautiful. I shall bring some Vitamin D back and send you some! (Sunshine formula of course….)
:-)
Dunn – he is so funny isn’t he? I arrive in LA on Friday afternoon…..
Are we there yet?
Have a safe, yet exciting trip Diane.
I hope California brings you extra fun & stuff.
Take care my dear.
I was hoping to see you – and I did, didn’t I
Great pics from your last trip and your such a globe trotter – have a great stay in LA!
And: A lovely end to your week :-)

I have clothes with the tags still on them!!!
I think I need a holiday too…
LA should be lovely this time of the year too…
ps
I did give you an award and when you have time send me one of your book images and bio for the new Top Artists’ Directory ;)

I am so jealous. I’ve been in England for the summer and it’s awful whilst Poland is hot and sunny!!!!!!! I’m heading back there in a week. ….I only hope I’m not too late.
