Hunker down. Popcorn works. Wine….
we have a greg and an arnold at the gimcrack. I’m going to show them this joke tomorrow!
Mark – Survived the night! Still stormy though…
Nurse Myra – how funny is that?! I hope they appreciate the joke, I was going to make a feeble joke about them being horny but thought better of it thankfully….. :-)
Stormy weather indeed!
Why, at one point, I almost got my hat blown off.
Terrible times. TERRIBLE!
That Eddie Izzard video was hilarious as always.
Glad to hear you survived the weather. We had extreme wind the other night and it sounded like the house was about to blow away.
We finally finished series 2 of Doctor Who and I have to say I grew to like the Rose character. I still think I like Martha a bit more, but it’s close. I can’t wait for Series 4!
Very pretty anemones cover! There’s something about those cute bows of your books that are simply irresistable too.
I couldn’t watch the Eddie video…my kids are sitting right behind me right now. ;) I’ll come back later for that.
The cartoon is hilarious (“horny”….hahahaha!!!)!
Glad you survived the stormy night. Stay dry and hope your power stays up. Do you lose power much in storms? Thanksfully, we rarely do…freezers full of meats and veggies and all that.
Oh that is a beautiful book. And I just noticed all the others down the side there. I love book binding and you have such stunning books, the photos used are wonderful too. Nice job! :D
Lord L – another gusty one tonight – hang onto your headgear :-)
Paul – It takes a while but Eddie does get round to Noah which was the point of the video – the whole thing is hilarious though.
I liked Rose until Martha came into it, now I like Martha. I don’t like Catherine Tate at all, so I am not looking forward to her replacing Martha for a time….
It’s windy again tonight – eek!
Teresa – glad you like this book. I love the photograph it uses…
Eddie is just my favourite comedian.
We used to lose power all the time in my last house as it was right out in the countryside but now I have moved nearer town, I’m hoping we will be OK. (Fingers crossed!) My freezer is full of food that is past its ‘use by’ date and should be binned. :-(
Pyrochan – Thank you, glad you like them – and my photos :-)
Your blog is fascinating – I love your dolls :-)
lovely photo and book Diane…the flowers are gorgeous :)
I hope you are over the worst with your storm…
we have had a couple of blackouts lately with storms..thank goodness we have Charlottes laptop on standby…
Greg laughed. Arnold said he didn’t get it. Arnold is 92 :-)
Kim – I love anemones, they are such gorgeous colours.
Storm is over and we are unscathed – it’s back tonight but will be affecting the North of the UK more than where I live :-) Phew!
NurseMyra – Oh bless!
Hi Diane
Love your books very nice work : ) Your jokes are very funny I was in need of a laugh. So glad you survived the storm!!! I love your blog so glad you paid me a visit which allowed me to find your blog.
Came over for a visit after you left such a nice comment on my blog. so glad I made the trip! Your books are marvelous – have not seen any done with the photos on fabric- great combination.
Also enjoyed reading your posts very much. Lively and fun. Thanks so much, Hugs, Jane
I’m really loving the bookcloth made with your photos. I need to go back through your blog and find out what you use. I want to try it out!
I hope the weather clears up for you. Bring on Spring!
Rosalie – I really enjoyed my visit to your blog too. I love the Bunny Girls dolls – very sweet! I know a little girl who would love one of those :-)
Jane – your hats and other creations are so lovely, I was thrilled to find them :-) Glad you enjoyed my blog too.
AmyH – not that I am discouraging you from going back through my blog, you realise, but the inkjet bookcloth is from Paper Source. Leave some for me :-)
hope you missed the worst of the weather. i’ve been reading about it all in the times. sounds awful.
i loved the cartoon!
Thanks, It was a blast! :-)
Actually, it didn’t seem as bad as they said (at least in Dorset) see my latest post for some pics of the sea near me :-)
Glad you liked the cartoon!
