Things that make you go 'hmm'…

Deep purple…

On my last trip to Falkiners, I bought several leather panels, mainly because they are divine colours. I have used some of the purple one here, it is the richest most gorgeous thing you have ever seen. I decided to use this lime green book cloth for the spine as I think the two colours really ‘zing’ off each other. I also bought a ready made address book block and have cased it in. I think it makes a very nice address book.

I’m pleased to report that my cold disappeared overnight and I’m just a bit snuffly today, so don’t know what all that was about – I felt dreadful last night. It seems to come on in the evening and then disappear during the day – very odd. Maybe I’m allergic to darkness – what’s the opposite of a vampire…?

Glad to hear you’re well, Diane. I always look forward to seeing what new papers you’ve found — I have a bad case of paper lust myself.

I’ve just received an order from Paper Mojo (even though I had plenty of paper left from a recent trip up to London) It is an addiction! I just love putting colours and patterns together and seeing them spark each other off!
