Much of a muchness

Things that make you go 'hmm'…

Before I go…

I struggled to photograph this book as it is 9.45pm and I only have the light in the kitchen to use but I need to get this up tonight as I am going to be away from early tomorrow until Thursday night. The paper is copper and black, the inside, a black leaf on black, so very subtle. Nice.

I’m going up to London for a couple of days. Yes, yes, there will be a visit to Falkiners and other paper shops but for once that is not the main purpose of my visit – honest! I do think about other things sometimes….

Very pretty! I’m a sucker for pretty paper and…well…blank paper in general. I’m a freak, I know.

No, no, no! Join the club! If you are a freak then we are all freaks here! I prefer decorative paper but could also be won over by a blank sheet of beautiful handmade watercolour paper…

I am off to the UK branch of paper heaven tomorrow, Falkiners in London.

I probably say this every time, but I think this is my favorite. I love the gold/black cover.

    Have fun in London!

Yeah, I’ll have to agree…this is one of my favorites as well! The inside cover is sexy, LOLs =) …and for some reason, is making me crave chocolate, hm..

    Hey DG!

You’re going to be in London for a few days? That’s great news, as I live in London.

It’s such a small place, we are sure to bump into each other….

I’m back! Glad you all liked this book despite the terrible photograph.

Had the best time in London, sorry I didn’t see you, EQG, I think I would have spotted a large pink panther wandering the streets…

Full details in next post tomorrow

    It wasn’t a terrible photograph.

As for London, full details would be the post right BEFORE your last revision, the one where tipsy caught your new jeans and scuttled you into a pub where you happenstance met the author of Harry Potter, then commanded she explain why he turned out to be gay.

Emergency personnel later rescued you, brought you back to a life of trying to remember when you last charged camera batteries.

“What was the middle bit again?”

    Spot the movie quote…

Actually, I am only 3’7″ tall, but never mind…..

  14. Diane October 28, 2007 at 9:56 am

That would explain it. I was looking for someone taller…

Good things do come in small packages they say.
