Things that make you go 'hmm'…

Love match?

Have just been reading about the Amore dress from the sportswear company, Ellesse, which is impregnated with pheromones. Apparently, the fragrance aims to ‘create a positive aura and sexual energy around those who use it’ and ‘men will find you irresistibly attractive – without knowing why’. You also get a bottle of fragrance to top up the effect. I’m not quite sure if this would help your tennis (unless you were playing mixed doubles) but it does give a whole new meaning to the phrase ‘love match’.

Well, that’s British interests at Wimbledon over for another year. Tim Henman has just been beaten by a rather gorgeous Spaniard after the usual emotional roller coaster, 5 set cliffhanger (excuse my mixed metaphors). At least we got the disappointment over early this year so we can just get on with enjoying the tennis.

Looks like a pretty hot tennis skirt to match with the pheromones Dianne. If the pheromones don’t get them, the skirt certainly will ;-)

I see your comments at my friend Kim’s, so followed over to see the post you left a link for. Nice to meet you :-)

And nice to see you too! I checked out your blog – so many interesting posts to read – I shall spend more time later exploring!

As for the skirt, anything that distracts from the standard of my tennis is OK by me!

Your post led me to do some online research on pheromones. My conclusions are:

If you are relying on pheromones to attract you should ditch all perfumed products and let sweat do its work. If you use musk you will only attract musk deer but I don’t think you will come across many on a tennis court.

It seems over time the male brain has become disconnected from the nasal pheromone receptor. We all know what the male brain is directly connected to now don’t we.!! So I think it is the skirt and those legs that are doing the attracting here.:-)

I have enjoyed reading your blog, Diane.

I always liked that saying ‘ Horses sweat, men perspire, ladies merely glow’. I glow quite a lot when I’ve been playing tennis on a warm day!

I’m glad you enjoy reading my blog, I certainly like yours – so many helpful topics to read about which are great for me in my other life as an aspiring web site designer!
