Dunn – thank you, it is good to be back – especially as I have brought the sun with me :-)

Creechman – I can never find my phone. My friends know to ring me twice – as it takes two calls before I locate my phone in my bag!

Scratchbags – so good to meet a fellow stationery enthusiast. Not content with buying hundreds of notebooks I have to make hundreds too. I’m incurable I’m afraid.

Debo Hobo – It was only tidy because I had been on a trip! It’s usually full of supermarket receipts and parking tickets and letters I keep forgetting to post…. :-)

The post was very refreshing. Although I have to admit that I carry too many pens, pencils and little notebooks. I am so obsessed with stationery that I end up carrying too many of them all the time. Hope your knee is better and I’d wait for your new books:)

DP – it wouldn’t fit! As I was staying in my ex’s apartment there were many things I liked and wanted to bring back – rugs, glassware, sofas, plasma TV, the purple velvet bedspread, the garden furniture etc etc etc. Damn BA’s baggage allowance….

Teresa – you will love the Getty AND Vinoteque, I guarantee. As soon as I finish laundry etc and looking for the garage door key which has imexplicable disappeared during my vacation, I ma getting stuck into books – making AND selling!

70s – Looking forward to seeing your bag contents! I keep deciding to only buy small handbags so I carry less but they keep creeping up in size…
Went to docs yesterday, but of course every tweak and test the doctor did caused no pain so we are just ‘waiting and seeing’ for a week. Knee is still unstable and not right but can’t pin down what the problem is :-(

Claire!! – well done you. Our blogging lessons have not been in vain!
As for modesty, I would be perfect if I wasn’t so modest :-)
