I can understand being a vegetarian but veganism seems just one step too far – it makes life SO difficult. And I’m not sure he is getting a balanced diet so I cook for him whenever he is home and make him take a multivitamin! It certainly taxes my culinary skills – I’m getting quite inventive!

Ah yes…I tried veganism for a very short time. Altho I was a vegetarian for about 20 years…I had to change due to a health issue…but I can’t cook meat…heck I can barely eat it.
