I use a variety of paper for the signatures. I mostly use a lightweight watercolour paper like Bockingford or a cartridge paper. I have also used coloured Canford paper and pastel paper. I have bought ready made book blocks for address books and album inserts but they are more expensive. Anything goes really as long as it’s not too thick (less than 100lbs weight)

I am planning an Etsy store and my own website soon. Do you sell your books? have you a website? I haven’t tried a stab binding yet – I must give it a go!

Sorting this room has started off as a pre-Christmas-tidy-the-kitchen task and has escalated into a full blown-epic-re-vamp-a-bedroom task. The electrician has just left as the lighting wasn’t good enough to work by so I now have track lighting with spotlights on it! Now I need storage for all the other paraphernalia….
