TT - I could make you an edible book, I expect. I could use rice paper for the pages and then cover it with thinly sliced roast beef. Yum. After seeing your blog and your impressive efforts to lose weight I would have thought eating books was the last thing on your mind though!
Well done you :-)

We used to have them as a treat when I was young. My mum used to give us a pin to pick the seeds out (health and safety!!) so they were very fiddly things to eat and I was not sure about the crunchy seed in amongst the tasty juicy flesh. It all seemed like too much hard work!

I must try another one and find a less annoying way of eating it! Or just stick to pomegranate juice....

My daughter is always on about getting a pomegranate at the grocery. Unfortunately, the price for them at my local grocer is $2USD each! They aren't common where I live, but are gaining in popularity. The juice is expensive as well. Nice book, though. :)
